Who can avail the facility?
- This scheme is intended for those who were in prison for non- criminal offenses, or for committing minor offenses due to lack of awareness about the rules and regulations of the country.
- The project does not cover ex-convicts who served jail terms for committing serious crimes.
- Those who are on visit visas and umrah haj visas are not eligible to avail the scheme.
